1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY APPLICABLE FEDERAL OR STATE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ILLINOIS, TENNESSEE, WISCONSIN, and MINNESOTA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF OCTOBER 27, 2008. The Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Promotion") starts on or about October 27, 2008 and ends on May 15, 2009 (the "Promotional Period") or when the supply of game cards is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
    
2. How to Receive an Official Game Piece: To receive an official game piece visit a participating LubePro's Auto Service Center in Illinois, Tennessee, Wisconsin, or Minnesota during the Promotional Period. You may request a Game Piece when you receive on oil change or other service at participating LubePro's Auto Service Centers. Game pieces will be available from October 27, 2008 until May 15, 2009, or while supplies last. How to Request a FREE Game Piece: Send a self addressed stamped envelope to LubePro's "Change Your Oil. Change Your Ride." Grand Prize Sweepstakes, c/o Brandmovers, PO Box 723188, Atlanta, GA 31139. Limit one request per person per outer stamped mailing envelope. No mechanically-reproduced or computer-generated requests allowed.
    
3. How to Enter the Grand Prize Sweepstakes: To Enter the Grand Prize Sweepstakes, complete the required information on the bottom of the official Game Piece ("Game Piece"), detach along the perforated line, and place into a specially marked "Change Your Ride." oil drum at participating LubePro's Auto Service Centers during the Promotional Period OR by mailing it to: LubePro's "Change Your Oil. Change Your Ride." Grand Prize Sweepstakes, c/o Brandmovers, PO Box 723188, Atlanta, GA 31139. Entries sent by mail must be postmarked by May 15, 2009. Grand Prize Winner Selection and Notification: The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 6, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. Within five (5) days of the drawing, the potential winner will be notified by e-mail, overnight delivery service, and/or U.S. mail and will be mailed an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be executed and returned within fourteen (14) days following the date of issuance. Non-compliance with this time period or with these Official Rules, or return of any e-mail, mail or prize notification as undeliverable, at Sponsor's discretion, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, which alternate winner will be selected by random drawing amongst all remaining eligible entries received.
    
4. How to Play the Instant Win Game: To play the Instant Win Game, follow the instructions on the Game Piece and scratch off where indicated. If a prize message is revealed, you are a winner of that prize subject to these Official Rules, including without limitation the eligibility requirements set forth herein. If an offer message is revealed, you are eligible to receive that offer at participating LubePro's Auto Service Centers. How To Claim an Instant Win Prize: If you reveal a message on your Game Piece that states: "You've won a T-Shirt", "You've won an Air Freshener," or "You've won a pair of Wiper Blades," you are a winner of that prize. To claim your prize, present the scratch-off portion of your winning Game Piece to a LubePro's employee at the LubePro's Auto Service Center where you received your Game Piece. If you reveal a message on your Game Piece that states: "You've won a GPS," mail the scratch off portion of your original Game Piece (make a copy for your records) via certified mail along with your complete name, address, zip code, and daytime telephone number on a 3" x 5" card or plain piece of paper to: LubePro's GPS Winner, c/o Brandmovers, P.O. Box 723188, Atlanta, GA 31139 so that it is received no later than June 15, 2009. Any claims received after this deadline will not be accepted for review and will be destroyed. Your prize claim will be void if all information required is not provided. Sponsor will not confirm receipt of any prize claims. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of prize.
   
   All prize claims are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or its designated agent, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to refuse any claims deemed invalid. If prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, illegible, or postage due mail prize claims. Game Piece is void if not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through authorized channels, or if forged, counterfeited, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, altered, defective, reproduced, irregular, or tampered with, or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, seeding or other errors. Sponsor is not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and Sponsor may rescind, cancel, or revoke this Promotion based on any such error without liability at its sole discretion. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) within time period specified by Sponsor. In the event of non-compliance within this time period, prize will be forfeited. Prize claims become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded.
    
5. Eligibility. Open to Residents of Illinois, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Minnesota except void where prohibited or restricted by applicable federal or state laws and regulations. Must be 18 or older as of October 27, 2008 to enter and win. Employees of Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, franchisees, or Promotion agencies, and any others that develop, produce, or distribute materials for this Promotion and the immediate families of each or persons residing in same household as each are not eligible to enter or win.
    
6. Prizes /Approximate Retail Value (ARV)/ Number of Prizes. (Unclaimed/Unredeemed Prizes Will Not be Awarded). Instant Win Prizes: Handheld Garmin™ GPS System (ARV $250 USD. There are 35 available to be won); LubePro's T-Shirt (ARV $14.99 USD. There are 1,280 available to be won); LubePro's Air Fresheners (ARV $2.99 USD. (There are 201,600 available to be won); Wiper Blades (ARV $29.99. There are 660 available to be won). The odds of winning an Instant Win Prize are approximately 203,575: 206,000. Grand Prize: There is exactly one (1) Grand Prize ("Grand Prize") available to be won. The Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Grand Prize consists of a 2009 Ford® Mustang® ("Vehicle"); (ARV $24,000 USD). Color and options of Vehicle are at the sole discretion of Sponsor or its Promotion agencies. Titles, taxes, registration, and insurance fees are responsibility of Winner. Winner must possess a valid driver's license and may be required to show proof-of-insurance prior to taking delivery of prize and may be required to take delivery of vehicle at a Ford dealership designated by Sponsor or its Promotion agencies. All other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Sweepstakes Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. An entrant eligible to win the Grand Prize will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability Release (where legal). If the potential winner is not of age of majority in his/her state of residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, in which case the parent or legal guardian will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein, including, but not limited to, executing and returning any required documents. The cumulative ARV of all prizes available to be won in this Promotion is US$674,515 USD. A winner may not substitute a prize for its cash equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any or all of the prizes with any article or service of similar or greater value at its sole discretion. Prizes may not be assigned or transferred. Any applicable taxes on any prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. Prizes pictured in advertising are for illustrative purposes only. Names of manufacturers are used for purposes of prize description only, and such use is not intended to suggest or imply the manufacturer's sponsorship, endorsement, or the approval of this Promotion. 7. General. Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay, or misdirection of materials/mail/email submitted to Sponsor. Participant agrees to full Official Rules and to decisions of Sponsor, which are final and legally binding in all respects and further agree that all prizes are awarded upon the condition that Sponsor, its promotions agencies, printers, suppliers of game materials, or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, principals, partnerships, employees, or agents shall have no liability whatsoever and shall be held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, including death, sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in this Promotion or participation in or travel to any Promotion-related activities and further acknowledge that said parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. As a condition of entering, participant (and parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) agrees that (1) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association; and (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees. By accepting prizes, winners agree that Sponsor may use each winner's name, likeness, photograph and/or biographical information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration or payment, where permitted by law. If by reason of printing or other error in any prize category, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all those submitting such claims will be entered into a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes. In the event that this Promotion is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority (including but not limited to any federal or state governmental authority), Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Promotion, as applicable, or to disqualify any participant residing in any affected geographic areas, as applicable. In such event, Sponsor shall have no liability to any participants who are disqualified due to such an action. All expenses not specified herein are the winners' responsibility. Sponsors' failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Should any provision of these Official Rules be deemed unenforceable or invalid, the other provisions of these Rules shall remain in full force and effect.
    
8. Winners' List Requests. To request a winners list, send a self addressed stamped envelope postmarked by June 30, 2009 to: LubePro's Change Your Oil.
