Currently we are looking to fill these positions:
Store Manager
Directs and manages overall daily operations of one or two retail stores in accordance with identified company goals to obtain optimum efficiency, economy of operations, and maximize profit. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, assigning duties and scheduling work hours.
- Monitoring and evaluating job performances, disciplines, and terminating employees in accordance with company procedures and policies.
- Responsibility for financial performance.
Assistant Manager
Assist Store Manager in daily operations of retail store, and assume responsibility for training and directing employees within LubePro's operations and policy and procedure.
Customer Service Advisor
Communicate vehicle service recommendations to customers with the intent to educate the customers on vehicle maintenance requirements. Train service center employees on proper service review presentations.
Lube Technician
Perform Service and installation activities associated with store products and services in an accurate and timely manner.
